Anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, BPD, self-esteem, emotional regulation
I'm passionate about helping kids, teens, and adults navigate life's challenges and heal from the experiences that have shaped them. Together, we'll explore your story, understand the ways you've learned to cope, and build healthier strategies that foster resilience, confidence, and lasting growth.
I take a direct, collaborative approach to therapy that is designed to create meaningful and lasting change. Drawing from evidence-based techniques and tailoring my approach to each client's unique needs, I use everything from play therapy to traditional talk therapy to help make sense of difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools that truly make a difference. My goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and equipped to move forward.
Our Services
1
Play Therapy
Young children often communicate best through play rather than conversation, which is why play therapy can be such an effective approach. Instead of relying solely on words, children and pre-teens use toys, games, art, and imaginative activities to express emotions, process difficult experiences, and work through challenges in a way that feels natural to them. This creative process helps them develop emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and gain confidence in navigating life's ups and downs.
2
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a dedicated one-on-one space where you can openly explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be affecting your daily life. Together, we work to better understand patterns, process challenges, and develop practical strategies that support healing, personal growth, and lasting change. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools to move forward with confidence.
3
Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP)
I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to help clients gradually face feared thoughts, situations, or sensations while learning to resist compulsive or safety-seeking behaviors. Together, we build personalized exposures at a manageable pace and practice tolerating uncertainty and discomfort without relying on rituals, avoidance, or reassurance. The goal is to help clients feel more confident in responding to anxiety and OCD rather than allowing fear to control their lives.
